I am giving this "establishment"  a one start because I have to, in order to make my review. 
I made one some time back but somehow all the reviews magically disappeared for some reason. 
I was unfortunately referred to Dr. Samuel for some dental treatment I would be needing. My attorney was actually the one who had talked to him about the treatment plan I would be needing. A few months later my orthodontist needed to know when I'd have the procedure done, so he knew when to remove my braces. I called them and asked if I could have a copy of the treatment plan I'd be needing, they said sure just stop by before closing time. So this would not be for an appointment, just would be walking in to get a print out of treatment and stuff they had talked with my attorney about. I went in, got it printed out for future reference, mind you I had never been there before, or anything. The Dr just had a basic idea of the work he would be doing for me in the future.. Dr. Samuel comes out, greets me, seems pretty nice, until he starts asking about payment stuff etc, then I tell him I would be paying cash, since I have already received my settlement money. He then asks if he can see the check? 
To see what my settlement amount was? 
Very odd.. Anyway, he says since I'm already there, he might as well give me a "quick check." He takes a look, and I ask him since he has already taken a look if he can give me a better estimate of how much I would be spending, then says well how much are you looking to spend? I tell him I'm not quite sure, and once I tell him what my max is, he says "okay, we'll keep it 'AROUND' there." .. at my max. Which before he knew that amount, he had agreed on a much lower rate with my attorney. At that point I knew the place was not for me. 
That and the fact him and one of the young assistants were flirting the whole time, being he is a married man. I still scheduled an appointment for the major procedure to be done, but then decided on finding someone better so I cancelled it. Oh, almost forgot to mention, once he wrote down my appointment time he had to make me a new one since the assistant told him "awww you won't get me that day." I'm assuming they wouldn't be working together on that day, so he took my future appointment card back, scratched off the date, and they looked thru the schedule together to find a day where they could both work together. Lol. 
Well a few months later, he sent me a bill for $300!! I tried talking it over with him, and after talking and later actually having a discussion with him over the phone with him actually raising his voice and losing his temper, he tells me "well ultimately you had a procedure done and someone has to pay" I told him how it wasn't even an appointment or consultation and never agreed to be charged, and he actually had the nerve to lie to me, and pretend that the day I walked in, was actually an appointment I called to schedule. And that the appointment was at 4:30. 💀😂 at that moment I knew what type of person he was, and he actually sent me to collections!! For a bill I never agreed to, it wasn't even an appointment!! I cannot believe what a crappy person he is. I knew bad people existed but he took it to the next level. I guess he was just mad I decided to find a different oral surgeon to perform my surgery.
