I began bringing my dogs to the facility about 3 months ago. My elderly dog is having problems with weakness in his back legs. Dr. Stenstrom has my dog on a treatment plan and he is always kind and takes time to listen to my concerns during appointments.
 My dog is a chow chow and doesn't have the best temperament but he has surprisingly done really well with this doctor and the staff. My dog had been seeing the same groomer for almost 10 years but she wasn't comfortable grooming him since he wasn't in the best health. I was actually nervous about bringing him to Animal Care Clinic for grooming because of his behavior, but the groomer was wonderful. She was completely comfortable with him and he did great with her. I'm very pleased with my experience at the facility.

If you're anything like me you're picky on who sees your animals. I went here and they make it feel very home like and give the animals affection. It doesn't feel like you're just another patient! Also my dogs were very VERY sick and another local vet said give them over the counter human meds... didn't work then they said they couldn't see me again until another 3 weeks.. so I went here.. come to find out they had a parasite! One day on the meds they gave us and they are already back to their normal selves!

I left my dogs there over 4th of July due to our normal place being booked. Upon making the reservation thwy said they would get a complimentory bath the day of pick up i just needed to call. Which i did. They did not reviece a bath. They smelled like they had been bathing in their own poop. Even had some on them. I could tell they weren't let outside regularly because one of them had to per so bad he was running and peeing to the door at the same time. I will never leave my dogs here again and I will warn people against them.
