The kennels are filthy and the animals are severely neglected. They aren't cleaned and they aren't walked or given any fresh air or time outside. The staff just lets the animals crap and urinate all over the place in their kennels and lay in it. The smell in the kennel area will literally make you gag. I've read many complaints of this facility selling sick pets to people and once you've witnessed the sad state of affairs the animals are living in, it's really no surprise. As an animal lover I am shocked and dismayed by the apathy and neglect at this facility. These people should be ashamed. The state needs to get involved and the staff here should be terminated. This is tragic.

These people don't take care of the dogs. I had to bathe my dog twice before the water wasn't turning black and I can tell she never been outside let alone interact with another dog.

My mother in law adopted a shitzu on November 29th for her 85 year old mother. On the 5th of December she showed signs of a runny nose. She was taken to the vet and given antibiotics and told if she was not better by the following Wednesday to bring her back in. In the days following she developed a cough and her mucus got worse. She was taken back to the vet and given a cough pill. Again, told if not better in a week bring her back. Grandma, unable to wrestle dog to give her her meds, I offered to help nurse her until she was better. The following day I took her to the vet after no signs of improvement. By this time dog has stopped eating or drinking. I was doing my best to keep her hydrated but it didn't seem to help. Vet recommended to swab her eyes and throat for cultures to send off to be tested to figure out what was going on. Also gave her an IV and vitamins and was told she has tapeworms. When results came back she tested positive for Distemper, Kennel Cough and Mycoplasma. We were told there was not a cure for Distemper and only more care and money would help the dog survive. At this point almost $2,000 had been put into the dog, and me being pregnant with two other dogs in the house I could not nurse the dog any longer nor risk my dogs getting sick so I let my grandma in law know what the vet said and she made the decision to put the dog down. Another $100. When she was adopted she had not been spayed yet & were told she had to be spayed by a certain date or we would be fined. I called animal control to let them know that the dog was being put down so we could avoid a fee and let the woman know what the vet said she she proceeded to argue with me that there was no way the dog got sick from their facility. I was told by vet she absolutely had to of already been sick when we got her. I do not recommend getting a dog from here. Unless you want to sink money into a dog you will then have to put down. She was a sweet dog. Terrible what happened to her.

This crappy place gives you sick dogs. What I thought would be a great expirience turned out to be a disaster. My 9 week old puppy that I've had for 4 days has parasites. She has had countless accidents and has thrown up in every corner of my house and has not eaten for 2 days. I've already spent around 400 dollars just getting her treated and they say she still may not make it. You should not let sick dogs be adopted you retards! 1- Owners can't enjoy their new babies, 2-You make us spend hundreds maybe even thousands of dollars that we didn't know we would have to, 3- Then we have to cope with losing the baby if it dies. Never adopting from this place again. Lesson learned.

I called to get information on a puppy at there shelter & was rudely informed that I would get No information on any animal at their shelter... I wanted to adopt the pup but after this experience I'll NEVER ADOPT ANY ANIMAL FROM THEM.... That's NOT the way a shelter should treat perspective pet parents...
