My poor dog, Boogie, came in from the backyard full of burrs, licking the floor maniacally and swallowing continuously. I had no idea what was happening! I called this office and spoke with Emily.  She was SO kind, understanding and knowledgeable. She provided so much clarity. I would recommend this place to any pet owner!

I want to thank the staff for taking great care of my furbaby.  My dog was attacked by a bigger dog and i thought he was going to die.  The staff took great care of him and made him as comfortable as possiable.  They let me call and visit anytime during business hours and were very friendly and answered any question i had.  Thank you again staff!!!!!!

The doctors are all nice   But the staff is terrible and extremely rude. I called with a question a few hours ago and I was upset and the woman on the phone was the rudest person I've ever talk to. And at the same because the staff is who you deal with first before you seeing Dr. I'm looking into other emergency vet so I don't have to deal with the staff again

My dog got hit by a car and I rushed her here. Unfortunately, she didn't make it in time and passed away. I was beside myself and totally hysterical and the staff was really nice to me. The only thing that sucked was that they charged me $60 alone for the "DOA visit" .. this cost more than some other vets charge for regular visits and they didn't even have to do anything other than put a stethoscope to her chest. God forbid I have any other emergency with one of my other pets, I'll bring them here.

I brought my cat here for an emergency and they were excellent. The staff & Dr were so sweet and helpful. Also treated my cat very conservatively and didn't pad my bill which is so appreciated. My cat is doing much better and I'm so thankful they were there. I'd recommend this place to family.
