Very pleased with the service.  More impressed with the Techs than the actual Vet, but that always seems to be the way doesn't it...  Prices were very reasonable for Emergency care.
Bella says thank you, it's only 3 hours after the visit and she's already feeling loads better.  This will be my go to for any future puppy emergencies.

Amazing...We thank them so much for the care they gave to our Bella. Them kept us up to date with her progress.  I would highly recommend them to anybody in need of emergency medical treatment for their animals. The staff showed great concern and sympathy in our situation.  Feeling very BLESSED!!!!

The staff were all so patient and kind. They helped us with the passing of our beloved dog, and I couldn't have asked for a better way to help her and us with this decision. They gave us as much time as we needed, helped us with the options for aftercare, and were very sweet with her. They explained the process, and then also let us have the time we needed before leaving.

I was so impressed with the quality and affordability of treatment at Animal ER Care - an unusual combination in emergency veterinary care. Staff were prompt, attentive, kind, and helpful. The doctor narrowed down the list of possible diagnoses very quickly, which helped to avoid unnecessary testing. Pricing was also far below what I have experienced at another animal hospital in town. This is my new go-to.

The staff and Animal ER Care were great. Recently, I needed to bring my male chihuahua to the ER clinic because he had a condition that I came to learn is called paraphimosis. In other words, his penis was stuck out and wouldn’t go back in! Dr. McCall was Teddy’s doctor and she was wonderful! She explained things to me clearly and made me feel like Teddy was her number one priority. Will definitely be going to Animal ER Care in the future if Teddy has another emergency.
