We used AMC for our dog's whole life. They were there for us through cuts and grass sticks in eyes and ears, colds, allergies, and never ending ear issues, but most importantly, they were there for us on the hardest day we've ever experienced as pet owners, the day our baby had to be put down due to a ruptured heart tumor. They let us take all the time we needed, using one of their rooms (to include letting my husband and dog wait for me there while I made the 2 hour drive home so I could be with him for his last moments)... They were kind and made a horrible day less painful. They handled having him cremated when we were finally ready to leave, and called when he was ready. When I picked his ashes up, the sweet front desk gal (whose name I wish I could think of right now) who brought out his ashes in a beautiful box, was crying with me and gave me a hug. They also had made us a paw print to keep. A few days later, they sent us a condolences card. They loved our dog, and they genuinely cared about us as their clients. You won't find a better place to go..for your pets, or for you, as a pet parent.

Dogs don't like to go but staff took the time to educate about the stages of life my dogs are in and what to prepare for as they age

We have been clients of Dr. Missy for many years and had recently moved to Omaha when our dog tore his acl. Our new vet in Omaha was not available to do the surgery for 3 1/2 weeks, so on a whim we contacted Animal Medical Clinic. They were able to do the surgery the very next week and were wonderful in coordinating our trips back and forth for surgery and follow up visits. The surgery went amazingly well and I am so thankful for Dr. Missy's skill and tremendous compassion as a vet. I would highly recommend her and the entire staff at Animal Medical Clinic
