Last weekend my 14 year old golden retriever was throwing up and wouldn't hold down food. It occurred out of the blue and my Molly always loves food so I was worried. I took her in and Dr. June Crook Mason took over her care for the night, hydrating her through an IV and giving her some tests to try and find what was wrong. Even though the tests were mostly normal they were needed to rule some things out. I picked up my girl the next morning and worked on keeping her hydrated and fed her a bland diet 5x per day to allow the GI tract to heal or "reset" itself. 4 days later I noticed my tired weak dog was back to her old self, alert and much energy. I thank Dr. Crook so much for the care she took of Molly and of me when we talked about a plan. She was empathetic to me and answered all of my questions. She didn't rush me off. Yes it's expensive, but when you have urgent needs for your furry babies you want the best. The nurse team and even reception team were highly educated and it showed. One week later my Molly is doing well! Thank you so much!

There for us when we needed them most. Our beloved kitty died suddenly at 8:30pm on a Sunday evening and they kindly took her body and helped us understand what happened. Compassionate and empathetic staff. Thankful they are here for our furry friends.

The staff and doctor were amazing. They were so kind to my fur baby and showed me respect to boot. If I could I would take them all with me to WA. Thank you team

My regular vet recommended transferring my cat here for observation after we accidentally gave her two doses of insulin. I was a little skeptical of this place after reading some bad reviews on Yelp. Because my vet called ahead, they waived the exam fee and also gave us 20% off services here. The vet we spoke to was very kind and knowledgeable and took the time to discuss with us my cat's care plan for the 5 hours my cat would be there. In the end, we ended up paying less than the estimate. I'm glad to know there is a reliable 24hour vet near us for the next time one of my cats has an emergency. My one concern is that my cat had an IV in place in her leg when she arrived, and when she got home, she had a "boo boo" on each front leg. Not sure why that happened, but was so relieved she was okay that I didn't bother following up.

Our recent visit they wanted to charge us enormous fees - we choose to take our cat home and wait it out for our vet in the AM. I am so glad we did. They had misdiagnosed our cat with congestive heart failure and told us it was the worst possible diagnosis. That it was ok to consider putting him to sleep. The cat is 3 1/2 years old and had never had a medical issue! So glad we waited and left AMA. Also, they never called to follow up with us. I guess they wrote us and our cat off since we wouldn't go for their 1800 dollars in fees to keep him over night.
