Anita's, now known as Gracefully see my pics may have a different name, but is still a high quality establishment. The subs are made with Boar's Head meats, which automatically tells you that you're going to get a top notch sandwich. It also doesn't matter what the place is called. The service is completely superlative and welcoming. They are eager to serve and that makes the difference.
Wish there was an option to give half a star. Super Small Deli, would expect them to be friendly but the skinny guy with the beard is always rude to customer's. Also if you get anything after 12pm they charge u an extra $2.50 PER SANDWICH to use the grill, why even do that?? Drinks are always expired or Flat. PRETTY SURE THEY SCAMMED MY CARD ONCE. I work right up the block. The guy with the beard makes up his own prices. $8.99 for a 2 pack of Duracell batteries. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Food is not worth it either, I keep trying to give it a chance but on a ham, egg and cheese tell me why I took a bite and had an eggshell in my sandwich, am i asking for too much to seperate the egg from the eggshells? No they were not busy at the time. Do not go here. Just Google best Deli in Kipps Bay. They do not compare to the other Delis in walking distance.
their prices will gag For no reason, they charge roughly twice than it would cost in other delis in the area. That being said, food is good though. I’d only go if it’s more convenient.Service: 1/5
The Spanish guy is the only nice one. The Middle Eastern guy is a slime ball. Wouldn't trust him with food or my card. Terrible human being.

Good food, reasonable prices, friendly service especially, Bobby & Manuel during the day, and William the overnight guy. All are very attentive and pleasant. I really love their Lemon Chicken Heroes, good coffee 24/7 good soups during colder weather. I almost forgot awesome fresh turkey.
Delivery over an hour. All the guys hit on you and are very aggressive. They are clearly from a part of the world where women have no rights. I do not trust these guys. They are not the nice, quiet Spanish or Dominican or Mexican guys, but increasingly more of a middle eastern decent....my personal experience. Two have hit on me and one got very aggressive and nasty when I wouldn’t agree to meet him outside of his work. Sick. Next time I’m filing police report. Be careful girls.
Great sandwiches, great value. The owners have always been friendly when I go in.
Who charges tax on water....horrible
This people are just a cheater I do have very bad experience with them Do not buy any sandwiches from them they give me sandwich I don’t know when they’re chicken was expired after I eat the sandwich maybe 30 minutes later I was throwing up.
