We offer Muay Thai, Westernized Boxing, Kali/Escrima, Brazilian Jujitsu, Judo, Fitness Classes and Personal Training - Classes for men, women and robust programs for children and teens. We offer personal training, and access to strength and conditioning equipment. AnK has a number of active fighters and high-level trainers ready to work with those interested in fighting at an amateur or professional level.
