Service was good when I went to my appointment. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get my medication because for some reason they haven't send it to the pharmacy I asked them to do it. I called several time already to the Ankle & Foot Associates and the person on the phone was very willing to help me but she told me she was not the one in charge to call the pharmacy and the person in charge to do it will call and authorize my prescription. It seems like she didn't do it because 10 minuts ago I just called to the pharmacy to check and the told me they have nothing authorized for me. I mean somebody is not doing its job properly because I don't see a reason everytime I call the pharmacy I'm able to communicate with them. But for some reason they Ankle & foot Associate personnel have not be able to do it. Just does not make sense. Now I called them back and of course the office is closed. It's friday and I won't have my medication until Monday.
