These guys are the best. Came to see Edan for a soccer injury that resulted in a torn ACL and meniscus. He helped me regain full motion and strength after both surgeries. Edan was very knowledgeable and made sure I was progressing every time I came. He and Nicole, one of the aides, always demonstrated exercises, corrected my form, and had answers to any questions I had about recovery. The entire staff is made up of wonderful people who always made me feel attended to, and the great experience I had here definitely lessened the blow of the devastating injury. I was willing to drive down from UCLA multiple times a week to continue going to Ann Steinfeld Physical Therapy. Now that I’ve moved to San Diego, I’m still tempted to drive up there to continue recovery because I know I won’t find anyone better! Highly highly highly recommend!

I was a patient at Ann Steinfeld Physical Therapy in Cosa Mesa, CA. Progressive lower back pain related to subluxation of lumbar vertebra and nerve root impingement led to my seeking physical therapy treatment. I initially tried core strengthen in the gym with a trainer without improvement. Dr. Clements and the other physical therapists worked with me to improve my body mechanics as well as core strength. There was always a positive encouraging atmosphere which is important considering the physical effort required to achieve the desired results. Dr. Clements did a great job of tracking my progress and emphasizing the importance of continued exercise, stretching, and good body mechanics. Since completing my course of therapy I no longer have back pain every morning. Since my condition is chronic, I still have some episodes of pain. However, they are much less intense and of shorter duration. I highly recommend Ann Steinfeld Physical Therapy. B Sands, MD, FACEP

Following back surgery, I was referred to Ann Steinfeld PT to continue with my treatment. I was very satisfied with their professionalism and expertise. Ann Steinfeld and her staff literally brought me "back" to life. Thanks guys!!!

Edan helped me with my shoulder injury. As an athlete he understood the issues and goals to strengthen my shoulder and get me back playing and serving in tennis. He also gave me exercises to keep my strengthen my shoulder impingement as well as helped my back pain (which was not the issue I was going to him for). Ann Steinfeld had Edan help me as my "personal" therapist which is much more effective from other therapist I had used previously. Highly recommended! Mike

From the front desk help to the actual physical therapy, the office of Ann Steinfeld is top notch. I tore my meniscus and was afraid of being out of soccer for months. I scheduled an appointment with Ann and she began with a very in depth evaluation. Beyond that, our treatment involved everything from stretching and strengthening, to electric stem work, kinesio taping, at home recommendations. I left feeling significantly better and more at ease about my injury. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family.
