My family and I recently had brunch at Anna’s House in Westland location. We’ve heard good things about this place, so we were excited to try it out. The menu has a great variety, and we each found something that appealed to us. I went with the veggie omelette, my husband ordered the steak omelette, and the kids had a hamburger and a chicken wrap. The food itself was good, and we all enjoyed our meals. The omelettes were fluffy and packed with flavor, the hamburger was cooked to perfection, and the chicken wrap was tasty and well-balanced. The portions were generous, and the prices are quite reasonable for the quality of food you get. However, the service was slower than we expected. We had to wait quite a while for our food to arrive, which was a bit disappointing, especially since the restaurant wasn’t overly busy at the time. That said, the staff was friendly, and when the food did come out, it was fresh and well-prepared. Anna’s House has a cozy, inviting atmosphere, and it’s clear that they put effort into creating a comfortable dining experience. The décor is charming, with a modern, yet homey feel that makes it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal with family. Overall, while the service was slow, the food was good, and the prices were reasonable. If you’re in the Westland area and looking for a solid brunch spot, Anna’s House is worth a visit—just be prepared for a bit of a wait.
Anna’s House in Westland is a gem! The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, creating the perfect setting for a meal. The food is simply amazing—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. On top of that, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great spot to enjoy a meal!
The food was ok but not to my liking. Everything was either greasy, basic or stuffed with whipping cream. The home fries were not cooked and were mostly raw and greasy. The monte Cristo was greasy . The waffles were basic and small. The side of egg was tiny. Personally I make better waffles at home. The decor was very cute and retro. They have vegan options.
I haven't been here in a while and it was pretty good. Just 2 complaints. The sausage links great and my sweet potato fries were almost burnt. What made up for it was the waffle and that Monte Cristo was amazing with that raspberry sauce! Omg so good. Also had the Twilight which is an iced coffee and that was really good alsoFood: 4/5
Really friendly service and workers, but, unfortunately, the food was very underwhelming. Cute decorations and ambiance. Ordered the corned beef hash and my friend ordered a vegetarian omelette. Both were bland and lacking flavor. Would not return if I lived locally, especially when Canada was just around the corner and had many amazing breakfast options.
One of the best breakfasts around Detroit that I've tried. Everything was good. The place was clean, the waitress was friendly, the food was good and hot. The only thing I could nitpick about is that is a bit pricey, but worth it. 8/04/2024 food was still good but my eggs were lukewarm. I don't mind children as an adult who's raised kids but...your kids are screaming take them outside
Absolutely fantastic food, definitely one of the best joints for breakfast, went with some family and everyone enjoyed themselves. Definitely on the pricier side, but worth it if you can afford it. The latte I got was absolutely DELICIOUSFood: 5/5
Amazing. Can’t believe it took me this long to eat here. Came on a Saturday. Busy steady. Scrambler omelette. Big breqkfast and cinnamon roll for my brothers birthday was amazing. Did I mention clean and our server Celia was fantastic along with the other staff members. Will be back again.

This place is great, we lucked up and found it because of everyone’s different requirements. They have vegan, dairy free and gluten free options. The tea is unsweetened but it tasted great even with no sugar. The food portions are large. Only issue we experienced and I didn’t get seated in the time frame they gave us and our table was given away also. But the food and the service over shined all the bad, so five stars it is us. We ate definitely gonna come back when we visit Detroit again. Celia, our Waitress took very good care of us also along with the Manager Travis who made sure we were seated.
