Haven't tried a lot of pizza in Waltham, but this place was pretty good. The store front is pretty unassuming; there's a counter to order from and a few tables to sit at, but probably the majority of their orders are for delivery. We got the meat lovers pizza, which was made fresh and come out piping hot. It was perfect. The staff was friendly, too. Overall, a great place, and I would love to go back to try some of their other stuff.
This place is starting to become a hit or miss spot. Again another Salad that is horrible. Dry lettuce , Everything. Why even serve this stuff to paying customers. This place use to be the BEST HANDS DOWN!!!! Pizza, Subs, Salad, now there is no telling what you are going to get.
I normally don't like leaving bad reviews but I had an awful experience so thought I'd share in case it helps the next person. Me and my wife just moved in 5 minutes away from annas pizza and we order out every sunday. We decided to try this place out to see if it would be our new sunday pizza spot. The we ordered a simple large cheese pizza which took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive. When it did the pizza was obviously cold pizza was not the best to begin with, super thin and not much flavor what really upset me was that when I called to voice my concerns all they said was "yea, we are very short staffed" as if that is my fault or something? They did not offer to send another one or offer to refund my money. They didn't even apologize for it which blew my mind. Needless to say they lost a repeat customer. I understand some things are out of your control as far as staffing goes and taking almost 2 hours for a cheese pizza but the customer service could have been much better. Just food for thought.
So I guess y'all closed? We tried calling today and no answer. Sucks because I tried my first pizza a week ago, the buffalo gluten free pizza and it was yummy. I was going to try a different pizza. Now I'm stuck without gluten free options. There is Nick's place but their gluten frees are thin crunchy crusts. *shrug* at least..I guess I have an option but I really liked the pizza I tried.
My wife and I went on a late sunday afternoon. Internal settings are not great and place was empty. It made us think if it was a good choice but turned out that food was simply awesome. We ordered a Chicken Broccoli Pizza. It was both filling and satisfying. We would most likely go again or get delivery. It looked like a popular place as orders kept coming in for delivery. They didn't give us the oregano seasonings, cheese, garlic powder etc. of their own - I had to ask but the food mostly made up for everything.
This a wonderful place with friendly staff. I absolutely love the Italian sub. I always come here for this food. Buffalo tenders are pretty big pieces and the fries are the best. It's a small family business but so worth going to.
The prices are way higher than advertised online. I ordered a pizza and went to pick it up. When I got there they looked mad that I even walked in. My pizza was just sitting out in the counter. The girl who rang me up was rude and dismissive that my pizza was just sitting there. I asked her if it was cold from sitting there and she stuck her finger in it and shrugged her shoulders saying it wasn't too cold. The pizza wasn't even good. You're better off buying a frozen pizza. Needless to say, I will never go back.
I work down the road, there’s a pizza shop just across the street, but I always chose to take a walk to Anna’s instead. And, when I can’t make the walk, their deliveries are always lightning fast. The team is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I’ve ordered everything from wraps to pizzas to appetizers and salads, and I am more than satisfied every single time. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and tastey consistency. Also- HOME MADE PITA BREAD- awesome!!
Got the worst pizza and chicken fingers from here last night. I asked for extra sauce and it was put on top of the pizza as an after thought! It's a real shame because I've ordered from here so many times. First they would not toss our wings in BBQ sauce for some odd reason then it got progressively worse until last night. Waited an hour and 20 minutes for cold fingers then that pizza!! Called them and got a $7 credit! Problem is I won't be ordering again from them!
Delivery drivers have a 50% chance of delivering your meal to your address. It ends up at the wrong place all the time. On top of that they are very unfriendly and inappropriate. Food is average for a pizza place but is priced much higher than others like it. Would not recommend!
