My son is disabled, he has to wear a ventilator and oxygen constantly 24/7 I have told this office on numerous occasions that I cannot make personal appearances to the office, my sons oxygen tanks won't last long enough and he cannot be in large crowds for long periods of time because he will get sick. The last viral infection he caught almost killed him! They still cut my benefits and I reapplied online now they won't approve it at all! I haven't eaten in 2 days I have no family to help me and I don't work because who's gonna take care of my son?!? Also, when I do go into the office, EVERY employee there has a horrible attitude as if the benefits are being taken out of her personal bank account! This office needs a serious investigation or to be shut down

Very horrible the first time I went i was told they would help me with food assistance within a week considering my job went out of business 2 month's prior and I had exhausted all of my resources i try everything believe me they were my late choice. Any way weeks went by nothing so I called them turns out they can change their mind. didnt even know they could do somthing like that it seems crazy. The finally sent me a papper saying I had to attend the class i did so and everything almost 2 month's later I get a later saying I was denied due to not attending the class.when i went they're  didn't give me any proofs just paper's you can get anywhere u think all that singing u do would count for somthing. This place blows my mind I feel sorry for people that have to go there I know your pain i thought they were supposed to help all they did was make everything worse.

People here are a joke. They don't even know the state laws. The lady read from some stupid note cards and then gave me an attitude when I corrected her on the new law. She said "well we can't help you then". She cut me off when I tried to explain the situation, she didn't care about what was going on. I blame this on the State of Maryland. They should have people managing, training and educating the people that work for them. Parents need a place to go to get answers and help when they are dealing with a hostel teen on drugs who also has mental illness issues. There is no help for the mentally ill anymore. Who ever heard of a mentally ill teen using drugs, running the streets, not going to school, stealing,  abusing their parents and getting away with it, to volunteer for inpatient treatment??  Are you kidding me? And people wonder why we have mass shootings. Maybe if they made treatment mandatory and not voluntary some people would still have their loved ones.

What happens to the paper work when it is dropped off to the front desk? They give me a receipt for the paperwork I leave but still a month later they don't  even have record of the same papers I dropped  off. This worries me because this contains lots of personal information and should be protected. We are putting our trust in you to just do what's  right in handling  our personal  information. This is why I believe  that you should enjoy where you work, that way you always  put fourth  your best not matter what.Just giving  excellence  in customer service.
