Do you live in Middlesex or New London Counties? Are you looking for an incredible unique fitness facility where three extremely knowledgeable coaches are ready to talk to you about your fitness goals? Well, I want to tell you about such a facility: Annino Strength and Conditioning!  I am a member who would like to give a shout out to anyone in the Middlesex, New London counties and beyond to come on over and check it out! Many members are from East Haddam, some are from Colchester and Middletown.  If you've been thinking about joining a facility and travel time is a concern, I think if you live in either county you will find that this facility is closer than you think!     

As a master's athlete, I love going to AS&C and working out along side the inter-generational mix of athletes.  We all learn from each other and support each other. While many members attend classes, they also enjoy the open gym time to work on personal goals.  I am impressed with how the trainers encourage the athletes to maximize their time at the facility when they come in for open gym.  You won't find members walking aimlessly around the gym.  You will see them with notebook and pencil in hand recording their progress. With trainers close at hand during open gym, I marvel at the connection I witness between athlete and trainer as they discuss a success or a new strategy to help move the goals forward. Members do not get "lost in the shuffle" at this facility.  The trainers have a pulse on what each member's fitness goals are.

Being a part of the AS&C community has been an absolute life changer for me.  Being over 50,  I certainly "had" the mindset in the past that I was too old to start delving into different athletic ventures. With the help of Deb, Rebecca and my primary trainer Cody, they have all encouraged me and moved me forward to love the sport of power lifting!

AS&C has only been opened a little over 8 months and the trainers have already scheduled community events such as a Heart Month Charity Workout where proceeds went to The American Heart Association, a Team Competition that benefited Nathan Hale Ray High School's Athletic Booster Club and just this past weekend, AS&C hosted a life coach and motivational speaker to share information about goal setting and moving forward with your dreams.  These events were offered to members and non members and were very well attended!

I consider AS&C my "second family" and if you are reading this and trying to decide if this could be the right fit for you, please come down and take a glimpse your yourself at how unique this growing fitness facility really is.
