Old lady (supervisor? The one that loves to announce that 5 o'clock is coming)with glasses works on other things instead of helping customers when it's busy,  purposely avoids keeping things moving.  Workers talk about customers after they leave instead of promptly moving on to the next customer. Mainly a creepy experience.

Came in 30 minutes before they closed was just looking to get a receipt lady with red hair and glasses yells at everyone who comes in they they are not taking no one. I'm new to the area and have never been to a DMV that refuses people like this and is very rude about itm like the people are doing things wrong. I would recommend retraining or fire the lady. Very rude and disrespectful. update I was able to get help by one of the nice respectfully getelmen there at the end when there was still time to help people. I am very great full for that. Thank you.

I showed up at 4:15, I checked in at the kiosk and waited. At 4:45, the lady behind the counter made an announcement that they most likely not get to everyone by 5pm. Anyone still waiting at 5 would need to come in another day. I understand that it maybe their rule to stop serving customers at 5pm sharp, but the part that really bothers me is the entire time I was there a supervisor just sat and watched the workers. Not once ever helping a customer. If a private business ever ran the way the dmv did, they would go out of business.

What ever you do do NOT come on a Friday evening!!! I gave this place 5 stars because they are doing what they can with the tools they are given. Also I'm in their shoes everyday at work. Where everyone comes in all at once and computers fail and information is lost and everything hangs by a thread.

Absolutely horrible I was in the door at 413 and when i wait in line for 20 minutes they tell us if we don't think we will make it to the counter by 5 they can't help us. This is ridiculous if I am in the door before 5 o'clock you should have to help me. Absolutely horrendous.
