Fantastic experience at Anoosh Bistro. The hostess instantly made us feel welcomed along with the manager. We started off with a lobster bisque and an old fashioned. The bread with the cheese is by far one of the greatest combinations we have had. I got the Chilean sea bass with cauliflower risotto, and my wife got the rack of lamb. We both couldn’t be more happy with our meal. Hats off to the chef preparing a fantastic experience. To top it all of we had the best server we’ve ever had at any restaurant. Alan recommend us banana foster that he did in front of us. Alan made this experience the most memorable and I know for a fact we will be coming back.
Had Valentine’s day dinner at Anoosh’s, and i couldn’t rave more about it. I’m only surprised that i haven’t been here before. The roasted oysters I chose as a starter was the most wonderful thing to ever grace my tastebuds, followed by a delicious chilean seabass. Cannot recommend enough!Food: 5/5
Another wonderful meal at Anoosh’s restaurant. As always, we were greeted with smiles at the front door and seated immediately. Our server appeared promptly and was professional and friendly. We enjoyed fresh beet and grilled romaine salads, followed by Shrimp Scampi and Cioppino entrees. We ate everything on our plates!! If you’re looking gor a place offering consistently top notch food and service, in a pleasant atmosphere, this is it!
I’m a huge fan of Anoosh Bistro - and am so excited for Chef Dave Danielson to take over the helm as Anoosh is now in well-earned retirement. Attending the first day of Chef Dave’s “re-opening”, the food, cocktails and service were top-shelf as usual. Chef Dave is an amazing chef in the kitchen and a joy when making rounds in the dining room. As always, appreciated being made to feel like close friends/family when visiting. Cheers Chef Dave! Congratulations!!
Lovely people excellent food We picked up a to go order of the bread pudding for ourselves and a guest. They made sure the order was perfect. The ice cream was on ice. The dessert was absolutely delicious. Thank you so much For your service, we will definitely be backFood: 5/5
I can’t speak highly enough of my meal and experience at Anoosh Bistro. We were visiting from out of town and celebrating a birthday. I found Anoosh Bistro by a search on Open Table. Wow! It was fantastic! We both had a 3-course meal - all of it was fantastic. Photos are of smoked salmon and artichoke appetizers, rack of lamb entree, and crème brûlée dessert. This is no doubt a favorite restaurant; I only wish I was local! I highly recommend Anoosh Bistro! Parking: Plenty of parking and nearby handicap spaces. Wheelchair accessibility: The diners at the table next to us had a wheelchair user. There was room to set her chair aside and she received help back into her chair after her meal.
We messed up our reservation but were accommodated graciously. Service was very good . Food was not generous with proportions but that suits us.. food was all delicious BUT.. the prices… wow! We rarely quibble over the cost of dinner but we felt these prices were excessive… $55 for a piece of salmon , $22 For 2 minuscule crab cakes. I’m afraid this will probably be our last visit.
Went there a couple of days ago. Found out that Anoosh no longer owned the restaurant. Very disappointed. The service was poor, she acted ridiculous. The food was small and overpriced. Won't be going back. Would not have gone if I had known it was the original Anoosh Bistro. I am sure that many people will disagree, but we are all allowed our opinions and when you pay a lot for dinner, you expect a good time and good food at a reasonable price.
One of the best restaurants in Louisville. The short ribs are so tender you can eat them with just a fork. Extensive wine and bourbon selection. Great service and atmosphere. Vegetarian options: Some excellent vegetarian options.
My boyfriend and I came here last night and the food was amazing. The waitress I believe her name was Danielle, was so friendly and informative. We will definitely be back.Food: 5/5
