Service here was great. Our server knew we were first timers and gave us free beignet biscuits. The staff clearly had a team mentality, from the food runners to the hosts. I didn’t love the crab cake benedict needed textural variety and more acid but I might just not be a seafood benedict gal. The service was so good that I’m still giving it a 5.

I came in early on Memorial Day for a quick breakfast. Jake was our server and he made awesome suggestions try the beignets with rum butter sauce!!, was quick, attentive, and personable. This is why we always recommend eating here. 10/10!Food: 5/5

Another exceptional breakfast. My husband had the Monterey Power omelet with whole eggs an English muffin and a side bowl of fruit. I love love love the Bourbon Street pancakes with bananas, pecans and caramel sauce. Served with a side of sausage and eggs. Coffee is strong but smooth. I would have breakfast here every day if only they were closer to home.  Parking: Parking garage next to the building.

I've always liked another broken egg Cafe, it was the first time for my husband and my son and I was excited to share previous experiences with them there. Unfortunately our food was nothing to brag about this time which I did not understand as I had never had a issue before. Food was not hot, it was barely warm at best. We had a long wait, for mediocre food and I don't like that. I will go back because normally it is really great, I just think that they were too busy or had an off day. I prefer the lemon ricotta pancakes that they have served in the past over the lemon goat cheese pancakes though. My husband's apple fritter French toast was not memorable, and our server should have told our son that he could get the city grits in place of the regular grits that were in his meal for an upcharge instead of him ordering his meal and a whole order of City grits. It was very loud in there also. More so than any other time. Like I said I will go back the food is normally really good, I tend to go for the lobster and brie cheese omelette, which is normally amazing. They have very good coffee! I believe our waitress was a little off as she was not as attentive as any of the other waitresses or waiters. All in all though it was decent, I did not complain to management as we were starving and I figured I've been there before I know they can do better so I just figured they were having an off day. I'll be back Another Broken Egg Cafe, soon and hopefully can revise this review.

one time i was here i did get the poops from the cinnamon french toast but every other time was phenomenal! our server this past time i went Amanda was amazing. so sweet and so helpful. never have i ever experienced such great customer service from a server! and i was one once!Food: 5/5

This was my first visit to the restaurant and I have zero complaints. I think what made the visit exceptional was our server Jake. He was so attentive and had great recommendations. He always had a smile on his face and you could tell he truly enjoyed his job. My sister has food allergies and he made sure to check with the kitchen on the ingredients to make sure she wouldn’t have issues. He genuinely cared. The food was fresh and delicious and big portions. The blueberry margarita was delicious. Highly recommend. Such a fun visit with my sister and bestie.

If you want an amazing experience, great atmosphere and incredible service stop by Another Broken Egg Crocker Park in Westlake. Please ask for Meg to be your server. She gave us such a redeeming experience, was exceptionally detailed in explaining the menu, make excellent cocktail suggestions and helped us with substitutions to accommodate our dietary and allergy concerns. Thank you Meg for making our day special.

First time in and Darion was our server on the outside patio and he was a great server, attentive and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend the food and the service!  The beignets were delicious!

This was such a good little spot!! We went here for a brunch get together and it was perfect.The food was amazing and the service was even better! Our server, Darion, was AMAZING. So many brunch or breakfast options, so tasty! Wonderful server. Good atmosphere, outside patio is closed up in the winter and heated. The lobster omelette was delicious. Good drink menu too.Food: 5/5
