Only been there a few times but they recognized me. Were very friendly and were more than willing to help me find what I need. Thanks to them I have a pair of earrings that will last me a life time.

I bought my wife some earrings for Christmas from Anshus.  Customer service was great and I feel I received a fair price on the earrings.  I will be a repeat customer.

I went to Anshus shortly after my mom passed away to have a ring fixed and sized and to buy a chain for the pendant that she left me. The service people were nice during both of my visits and the ring that had to be fixed turned out beautiful. They also stated that I could come back at any time to get the ring cleaned for free if memory serves right.

Very disappointed in them.  My husband bought my engagement ring here with the promise by Anshus that we could upgrade at any point.  Five years later when we tried to upgrade they said that we would need to put another 1,000.00 into the ring.  They were VERY unwilling to work with the budget that I had.  Horrible customer service, very disappointed.  Will never go back!
