I ordered a beautiful floral arrangement for a friend. She was very pleased with the appearance of the flowers.
  I placed the order online in the early hours of the morning before the store was opened. She received them that afternoon.
  Thank you for delivery such beautiful in a timely matter. They really made her day.

Terribly mislead by picture on their website.
Flowers in arrangement were not even the ones listed in description. Vase didn't match, flowers pictured were actually only available one time a year and even when I called before the order was fulfilled I was not informed. My flowers were spray painted carnations instead. And when I called to let them know I was dissatisfied, Mrs. Schuster, herself, swore at me over the phone and refused to do anything for me since her website was completed by someone else other than herself. She called me a "b-word" and said that she would pick up the arrangement (which was a gift) and that's the only way she would be willing to refund me. Please never order from this florist, she does not understand how to run a business even when "100% satisfaction guarantee" is advertised on their website.

I live in Cincinnati Ohio and wanted to send my daughter a bulb planter. She lives in Toledo.  After making a few phone calls to florists, Ansted-Schuster was the most helpful.  The web site was very easy to use and the cost was within my budget. I hope to use Ansted-Schuster again as I from time to time want to express my love for my daughter and her family through flowers.  Thanks again Ansted-Schuster.

It is so nice to have an actual person to deal with!  The flowers I got for my mom for mother's day were absolutely perfect, she loved them.  They were exactly what I was looking for and so much nicer than anything I've ordered online lately.  I am done with online florists, now I have a local business with actual people!!!
