I have been a member for almost 6 years. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The gym is clean and safe. The machines are in great condition. The group classes are awesome. I have made many friends and friendships there. I love AIF! Doreen S.

This gym is the cleanest gym I have been in with the friendliest staff. I recommend this gym to all of my friends who go to the YMCA because it is $10 cheaper each month. Overall a great gym.

This gym is amazing! I love the environment created by the staff and the members. There is a large selection of machines that are clean and work very well. I look forward to coming here to work out, and I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to get in shape!

Been a member here for over 6 years. Clean health club and a great staff. Love the fact that I can always find cardio equipment to use no matter what time of day or night that I'm here. Tons of strength circuit training too. AIF also has a women's only workout room. Great place!!!

My son LOVES Playcare! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and fun! There's always something for him to do! I love that they're always updating! New machines, floors, equipment... It's just great!
