Location is easy to access, Circle K conveniently in the parking lot. The rooms are of a large size for the price and larger than most hotels in the area. Rooms are clean - house keeping is awesome.

This place is terrible I feel like I am in a nightmare. It's a cross between the movies No Vacancy, The hills have eyes, Jeepers creepers, Pet Cemetery, and the furniture is right out of the Bates motel. Do not stay here if you want to go to sleep.

Poor rooms and at this place one lives in parking lot behind a circle k convience store. Bringht parking lot pole light keeps room lite alll night. Thiis is like trailer trash place.

Good service, reliable, and a good place to stay if you're visiting the city for the first time, or if you're visiting siblings attending Embry Riddle.

Air conditioning did not work appropriately! Complained to the owner and said i could not be run on high cool. Rooms had a musky smell and the main areas smelt of a high concentration of pine sol. 
No ice machine at the hotel, one has to go to the Circle K in front of the hotel to gst ice. Over priced for what it is but then again, its Prescott Valley. I will never stay there again if i canhelp it and dont recommend it......
