Absolutely THE BEST Real Estate business in the area. Janine and Jacquelyn will take calls no matter what and get whatever you need done. I have never been so happy to be dealing with such professional and understanding group of individuals. They get all your concerns addressed in a timely manner and are always so very nice when you need their help. I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat.
AND John the maintance man is great handles evey issue head on and is very nice and listens to all concerns and is quick at fixing any issue you may have.

We've had an absolute horrible experience with Messina Real Estate. They bought my building when I was already living there so I had no choice but to work with them. They immediately raised my rent. Our building manager, Janine, is the worst building manager I have ever worked with and I used to have a slum lord out in West Oak Lane, Philadelphia.  She is very slow to respond to any request and states it's because she manages 120 properties. She once told me she never responded to my email because she just didn't have anything to say- I had inquired about pet deposits- instead of just writing thank you for your enquiry, or I will get back to you. She is very difficult to work with with the most minor or reasonable repairs and I'm sure the building owner himself plays some role in this. The other day or kitchen sink broke and she wouldn't send anyone to fix it for our 72 hours-- we had no access to cooking water, or clean dishes. The agency has agreed to term our lease early, which is the only good thing that has come of working with them, becuase they kept going back and forth on a repair to our bathroom and after 3 months they finally agreed to do it and then back out. I would never rent/ purchase through Messina Real Estate and we have warned all of our friends and family to stay away. Absolute horrible service. We can't wait to move into our new place. I would give them zero stars if I could.

We rented an apartment from Messina, and on our first night there, the roaches came out! It was like a horror movie. Be very careful when renting a property managed by them. Get everything in writing.
