Rip off! I wasnt going to make a scene until I saw how much my bill was for such a crappy coloring job. I provided a photo reference of what I wanted and also said, "black base with chocolate highlights or balayage". My hair looks almost exactly the same, a brown color with very few highlights. Looks nothing like the photo I provided and had to pay $235 for something I could've done with a Walgreens kit. Another customer at the register was also unsatisfied with how much her bill came to, to which the cashier explained that $65 is for shampooing...whatttt? The colorist wanted me to come back in an hour to fix it, but after I left I realized that I sincerely never want to see her again because of how unsatisfied I was. Learned a lesson that just a pricey bill doesn't equal a good job. Shame.

Took me years to find a stylist that can cut my hair and be happy with it every time. A couple of years ago, a friend of mine recommended to go to Peter. Since then, I could not be happier with my hair cuts. I recommended many friends to him, and all of them loved how he styled their hair. He is amazing!

You know up until yesterday I had completely virgin hair, and since I was feeling a little creative I thought maybe I should go get a small subtle change. I chose this place after reading all the fantastic reviews but the final product is god AWFUL. My usually dark brown hair is now fried into a disgusting timberland yellow. My stylist Beatrice who said she had seven years of experience left me with botched damaged awful hair. Thank god for Mario Tricocci otherwise I would be walking around look Ming like white trash. Go somewhere els with your business. And to add insult to injury when I asked for them to help me fix it or refund me they denied me and told me that I'd have to wait for another slot to open up. Actual garbage. Will never recommend.
