Received an FTD Mother's day arrangement from this florist that was dead in less than 24 hours. Had to make 6 phone calls to get it redelivered. Florist did not call me back as she indicated she would. I had to call to find out if they would be redelivering. When the redelivery arrived it was half the size of the purchased arrangement and looked like it had just been thrown together. This arrangement also died quickly. I called FTD twice to get it corrected and the florist did not even respond to them until 5 days after they requested a response. FTD had to send the replacement arrangement through another florist. I will never use this florist and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Waste of money, not the arrangement I ordered. Did not get the balloon I paid for and the card looked like it was written by a 6 year old. Very sloppy, and lacking basic grammar and punctuation.

Would have loved to order flowers but when I called, she couldn't help me because she was with a customer and offered to call me back in 10 minutes or so.  She didn't even ask what I needed.  NO RETURN CALL, NO BUSINESS!!!!!  Just an FYI that this was on Wednesday, 2/17, at 12:37.

If your gonna buy it here, don't pay in advance and make sure they have the flowers and roses in the color you want on that day. I ordered red roses and white lily's and got white roses and pink lily's cause they "RAN OUT" even though I walked in a few days prior to pick up.. I'll try once more maybe..Maybe..
