I thought I had edited this. Edited to update and say Brian acknowledged the issues and said he was implementing changes. 

I've been putting this off because I really didn't want to say anything negative about a small business but I don't know what else to do at this point. It sounds like this company was amazing not too long ago and because of that has grown and now taken on more than they can competently handle. 

Although the highest of the quotes I received, Brian's was also the most extensive and I was impressed with his knowledge. But since that initial estimate, *I* have had to initiate any contact. 

I called when I hadn't yet received a quote. I called when I didn't receive a contact. I called to inquire whether they had received my check and scheduled the job. I called when no one showed up on the expected date. I called again when they didn't show up on the revised date. About a week later someone did show up (unexpectedly) and I believe worked solo for two days (we were away so I'm not positive). Ten days later 1/4 to 1/3 of what was contracted for has been completed but I have no idea when the rest will be happening. I know weather is out of their control but I was originally told the job was scheduled for June 20. It is now July 27 with maybe 1/3 completed and I have no idea when or if it will be done.

Even now knowing I was not happy with the lack of information, I have not received a single return call nor any communication from Any Fence. I had recommended them to friends based on my initial contact but am afraid I can no longer recommend them.

I would hire Brian and his crew again and recommend them to anyone.  When I originally was looking to replace a fence, I met with 3 companies and Brian of Any Fence was attentive, present and seemed happy to do the job.  He gave me a quote and we didn't hire him immediately, but he honored the quote he gave a year later.  Once I contracted him the work was completed quickly. Brian and his workers are enthusiastic, find proud in their work, are neat, accommodating, fair, easy going and knowledgeable. I'm proud to support local Holliston businesses and I'm sure Brian will be a mainstay for some time. It's hard to find honest and trustworthy contractors, but Brian is one of the good ones!

Brian and his team are great! We had a simple fencing job to be done, and it was completed within hours and done beautifully. Would definitely recommend Any Fence for all your fencing needs.

Brian and his crew did a fantastic job with the installation of our chain link & vinyl fence.  He had a tough hill to contend with and they went above and beyond to make sure that it came out looking beautiful.

Great product at a great price!  Their team took a day and a half to tear down and take away the old and to put up the new around my pool and backyard.  Would recommend them (and have) to friends and neighbors.
