this really is the best lab to go to.. with quick lab results..all the employees are personable..professional..& very helpful.. kudos...

The person at the front desk was not very nice or helpful. She lacked any energy or personality. Having to use this service for the first time I was not clear on how to fill out paper work and ensure I was doing it properly. She actually audibly sighed before answering and was speaking so low that after the 3rd time I asked her "What?" I finally said, I am sorry -you are speaking so quietly I can't hear you ... at which point she glared at me. When the lab test was complete, it took 3 times to get the accurate information on the result report with regard to the name and spelling. Lastly, after receiving an email that did not have the attachment - I had to call to request it be resent - as you can imagine her audible frustration was apparent but she did resend. On the plus - reasonable priced, no wait once paper work complete.
