Facility and equipment are clean and great. The staff are friendly and helpful but I have had issues contacting people via phone and my messages were not returned. At all!

The facility is great and the staff are nice, however, be careful when you sign the contract. I stopped over on my lunch break and asked for a couple months access for the rest of the winter. In April, I called to cancel my membership thinking it would be no issue, but instead was informed that I had signed up for a full year! They would not budge on the issue, so I asked to speak with the manager. They took my number down and said I would receive a call, never did. I called the number of the manager twice and left messages, still I haven't heard back. Very disappointed about having to pay for a year when I only needed two months!
