Has everything I need for a reasonable price.  I was looking for a local gym that had weights and would be open in the mornings.  It's never been too crowded at the times I go. The staff work hard to keep the place clean - I have personally seen a worker come in at 5:00 in the morning to wipe down everything and vacuum.  My only concern is that some of the equipment is starting to get worn out, and will need to be updated/replaced soon. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this place.
