LOVE ANYTIME FITNESS! Looking for a new AnyTime Fitness location, old location in Pasadena and I loved it! Clean, great staff, nice equipment. This location is the one near my home now but I am worried with all the reviews, anyone currently a member that can give me some input - thanks!

Extremely poor customer service. My husband and I joined Anytime Fitness at this location in 2016. We moved in early 2017 and have repeatedly tried to cancel our memberships since that time.  Kendra emailed us the forms in April which we completed and returned and were told the last charge would be May of 2017 however she failed to actually cancel our memberships. Come June 2017 we were charged and when we called to inquire about the charge Kendra admitted receiving the cancellation forms and further admitted that she did not cancel because she "may have had a lot going on" the day we scanned and emailed the forms back to her. We requested a refund for the June charge and that she immediately cancel our memberships. She agreed to finally cancel our memberships but stated she would have to speak with the owner and get back to us about a refund for the June charge. She failed to follow up with up with us and stopped responding to emails. I received a call this morning from ABC billing who apparently does the billing for this location of Anytime Fitness and they informed me our memberships are STILL active!! Can't believe the manager Kendra has still not canceled our memberships! So this is how they treat a disabled combat veteran and his wife FYI! Beware!

This location has new owners now and it's MUCH better. They are very customer service oriented and the facility is always clean. Ignore the comments under the previous owners. They are no longer valid.

Went in for a routine late workout and enjoyed my workout. It's refreshing to see newer cardio equipment and exercise machines. Still wish there was a free weight bench press here. 4/5

I have been going to this particular gym for a couple months. There are several reviews complaining about the staff, size, and cleanliness of the gym. I have personally never had any issues with any members of the staff. From my own experiences, they are always friendly. Yes, it is a small gym. You will notice that as you drive by it. You may not get a lot of variety in equipment that you might find in other locations, but it's better suited for people who prefer smaller gyms. As for cleanliness, I have never noticed any of these so-called bugs. The gym is well maintained whenever I go in. The women's restroom is always clean when I use it.
