Hi, my name is Gary and I am the new owner and operator of Anytime Fitness(anytimeFIT386) on Shrewsbury st. We are open 24/7 with 24/7 security, private restrooms and showers, free wifi, and no restrictions on how you work out. We have a professional atmosphere with hard working, dedicated members reaching new goals every day. Our personal training staff come highly recommended and very qualified to help you reach your goals as well. The gym is newly remodeled as of 2017 and currently in the process of expanding another 1800 sq/ft adding 1000 sq/ft of performance training terf for group training and your individual needs. I've been a member of many gyms across the US and Canada but this one is definitely my favorite. Clean gym, with respectful members, and Gary is a great owner. It's never overly crowded; even on peak hours. Equipment is always clean and well maintained. They are currently expanding the gym and should be ready by October 2017. Would highly recommend this Anytime fitness location.

Great gym with quite a few choices of equipment. There are squat racks, Smith machines, free weights, cable equipment and tons of cardio. The Lateral elliptical makes an appearance too. I didn't see a class room so I'm not sure they offer spinning classes or group cardio activities. Two things that stood out for me were the heavy and speed bag plus the climbing rope hanging from the ceiling. Very nice and clean. I'll definitely back back.....ANYTIME!

I have been to a number of Anytime Fitness locations, and have had numerous impressions. I love the one on Shrewsbury St. They have just about all of the equipment I use for my workouts. It's clean and well kept. The trainers are very friendly and helpful, and I find it very refreshing that the owner, Gary, between all of the work he does, comes around and talks to the members. My favorite gym to go to!

Despite this gym being smaller than most they have just about everything you need to get a full workout for every part of the body. The new management is much improved and a lot of the machines were the same as my old gym (Worcester Fitness) making it a smooth transition and at half the price of Worcester Fitness. They are buying out neighboring space and expanding, they are really trying their best to make this gym something to be proud of and i appreciate their dedication to the facility itself.

The Shrewsbury St location is everything I look for in a gym. The members are amazing and Gary is always there to help out. He personally helped me with concerns and questions many times. The gym is always clean, and the equipment is top of the line. I always had plenty of room to move around, and rarely had to wait for equipment. I also never had a single problem with the billing agency. I was never overcharged or had random fees taken out. I was even given a great discount when I signed up. I encourage all of my friends to look into Anytime Fitness in Worcester, it's the best you'll find compared to the other questionable gyms in the area. Love it!
