I love the trainers and the two main guys who operate this gym. They really care about their clients and want to see you do well. Then place is well maintained and although it has a bit of construction going on it's a great gym to be a part of.

Lou is a master communicator, super nice guy and if you ever have a problem, feel free to contact him - he'll get back to you right away.

I feel that this is what a gym should look like. It's comfortable, not too packed, not too noisy (sometimes, very rarely, I wish it was quieter, but apparently, that's a technical glitch in the electric grid), and the patrons are very friendly.

I go in the mornings, so I can't compare my experience to any other time of the day, but the place has always been clean and the exact opposite of busy. Sometimes there's just me and I left in the building (when I'm looking into the mirror).

Come, experience it...you won't be sorry.
