If you move out of the area and need to cancel your membership, or just cannot get to the location there when there is a staff member available it is a never ending battle. I requested a cancel, got my paperwork via email, sent it back. All was well. I didn't realize they were still charging me for membership the next two months. Then, my card I was using to charge my membership expired so they started sending me late payment notices in the mail. I resent the original cancellation email dated so they knew it was their error and requested they fix it. No one responded. Their bookkeeping is awful. Working during their staffed hours makes it impossible to speak in person but that seems to be the only way you will get some sort of responsibility taken on their part.

Very clean, relatively quiet gym with a lot of good equipment. I only use it when I'm visiting my parents, and they're reasonably priced as well

I have been going to this gym for a year now. The facility is clean and has nice equipment. I had no issues with the gym itself. The reason I am giving a 1 star review is because of the way we were treated by the owner. We asked for a receipt monthly because our employer reimburses us for gym memberships - everytime we asked for one we had to jump through hoops to get what we needed, emails were not responded to, or we were given an attitude. When we did get the receipts we usually had to ask for it a second time because they sometimes did not include the company name or customer name which was unacceptable for work reimbursement. One was even a picture of the computer screen rather than a PDF.This is the only reason we are leaving. I recommend to the company that they come up with an automated system for this where it is emailed to the customer each month.

Close to work. Changing rooms and showers are not always cleaned.
