I had the best experience with Apex Velo purchasing my first road bike and getting it fit. Everyone there was so knowledgable, transparent, kind, and open to all my questions. They assisted me in making an informed decision based on what I needed, provided a lot of individualized attention, and truly helped me make one of my best purchases to date. My bike has been incredible on the road! I couldn't recommend this shop more!

Mark and his team are great! I'm a novice / rookie cyclist and they were super helpful in my journey. Whether it's setting me up with a good loaner, finding the right kit, or helping me set up my new bike, they've been exceptional every step of the way.

Highly recommended - plus the free espresso is a nice touch.

I'm just getting into road biking and the guys at Apex Velo set me up with an entry level bike, and adjusted it for me until I was comfortable on it. They were super helpful, even though amateurs are not really their target market, and invited me to come back when I'm ready to invest in shoes, clips, etc. I'm loving the bike, so I will be back for sure!

Had a great experience at Apex Velo working with Mike C and Mark as they took me through the 3D Dynamic Fit. I've been a part time rider for years and I'm looking to take the sport a bit more seriously from a time commitment perspective. I couldn't have asked for a better shop to walk into. Great service, professional environment, top notch knowledge and quality product. Apex Velo is clearly a cut above your average bike shop. During my first few visits I picked up a new helmet, shoes, and pedals - and I'm working with Apex Velo to figure out what my next Bike setup will be.

Came in to have an old 8-speed cassette put on a direct drive trainer. Guy was happy to help. Would come back if I was looking to get serious about cycling, they can do a full fitting and then some.
