If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My initial interaction with the Apollo team was professional, commendable and gave off a trustworthy vibe I felt I could rely on. The movers who came to pick up my belongings were nice and conversational - I did not have anything bad to say about them... but it all went downhill from there. Within hours of them leaving my apartment, one of the movers decided to take my personal cell phone number from my paperwork and text me, hitting on me... which is obviously against any company policy. From there, I was told my delivery would arrive from New York City to Florida within 5 business days (the men who packed my apartment into the moving truck confirmed this verbally). After 5 days had passed without any communication from Apollo, naturally I called to check on the status of my delivery. Unfortunately, this was the first of MANY calls that took place over the next two weeks. I was told my delivery would arrive on several different occasions, at which point I never heard from a driver or company representative. Finally, I was contacted in the middle of a work day by the delivery driver, who stated he was in front of my apartment. Apparently he had been calling a number repeatedly to make me aware of the delivery, and as you might assume by now, the number was not mine. He also stated that if I did not arrive on the property within the hour, he would have no choice but to leave and move onto the next job. I work a half hour away from home and clearly was not able to leave my office in the middle of the day. Thankfully, one of my relatives works in the area and met the delivery truck. IT DOESN'T STOP HERE. I came home from work that day to find my boxes ABSOLUTELY DESTROYED. One of my boxes filled with dresses and blouses was completely flattened. MY CLOTHES WERE SITTING ON TOP OF THE FLATTENED BOX, STILL ON THE HANGER. All of my other boxes were totally crushed and WIDE OPEN. I can only imagine all of the bugs and disgusting matter that were contaminating my belongings over the course of two weeks being on a truck, traveling more than a thousand miles across the country. The bottom line is.... This company is absolutely awful in every shape, form and fashion. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and strongly advise that you run in the other direction if you're looking for a RELIABLE mover.

I would like to start of by saying that this was the worst moving experience in my life. I was quoted one price and when the movers arrived he told me that the price was going up and that Mark didn't write your square footage correctly one red flag right there. While giving my information to Mark he also told me that the company offers storage I thought that was great and I told him I was looking into a storage facility and they quoted me for $145 he said I could pay the same as price as what they quoted me but it would just be $5.00 more which was $150 and the first month free as soon as my first month was up they were calling for payment as the lady Lisa tells me it is $260 for the month of storage I was like what I was quoted for $150 who pays $260 for one month for a one bedroom now I call to have my items delivered took a few day to call me back to let me know when my items were coming. So my delivery is today at 4 pm left work early to assure I would be here when the driver arrived the driver got lost I had to go and meet him so he could find the apartment then come to find out he drove from NYC by himself and is leaving the trailer here to go pick up someone to help him deliver my items it is now 8 pm and he has not came back this is very unorganized very unprofessional and I don't feel I should have to pay full price for a terrible service. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Now Lisa is calling saying can they deliver tomorrow morning at 8am no you can not I have to be at work at 6am this is such an inconvenience. Worst moving company with no communication from driver to customer or from driver to his boss to let someone know what's going on 😠😤😠😤

78 complaints filed against this company! Do not use them!!!! Out of 12 lights I had shipped 2 were completely destroyed 3 are broken and will need to be repaired while the bulbs of every single light arrived smashed. I called for one month and did not receive a single callback with an ETA. The lights switched hands 3 times and each time I was given a new number of a new driver from a different carrier. I was told over the phone I would have my lights in 10 days and assured they were the "best company around." The woman even dicuraged me from using another company who was able to match their price. The better business bureau has 78 complaints filed against this company and yet somehow they have not been shut down. I was told over the phone to take my claim up with the carrier that this is "not our responsibility." Well, here is the bad news...This order was for a major TV show and it's not my responsibility to refrain from telling 8 million viewers the name of the company that I was dealing with and the reason the kitchen we renovated on TV has no lights. Sorry

The Apollo salesman was very helpful except when I had questions or emailed him. Never a response. They were middle range price on estimates. Communication is HORRIFIC. We booked our move 1 month in advance. I tried calling about making changes to inventory and was always put on hold. Finally after much frustration I spoke with Seth who was rude . On moving day we were told they would be here between 10-12 a.m. I had to call movers at 1:00 and were told they had mechanical issues and would arrive between 3:30-5:00. I understand stuff happens but had I not called, I would have not gotten a phone call. It is 6:25 and we are still waiting!!!! Spoke to Seth again who rudely said we had a contract when my husband said he was tired of waiting and would find another company. He actually put him on hold!!! I am concerned about the reliability of my stuff getting to our new home. I will update this post when that happens. I try and give companies the benefit of the doubt. Thus far, steer clear.....

My company uses Apollo Relocation Services to relocate employees to our new site, and the feedback we got from them was fantastic. Corporate Relocation can be a sticky situation, ans as the person responsible for coordinating these benefits for employees through my HR position, it is really important that we have a professional company facilitating these moves. I know that Apollo Relocation does a great job because I too used them to relocate to our new site. Between their vehicle transportation, household packing and moving, and their professionalism with setting up each move with my HR office and the employee being moved, they are fantastic. For my move, everything was delivered in the same condition it was in when it left my home, and they were on time, courteous, and easy to work with throughout. The moving consultants are great at what they do; they are organized and customer focused, and they work really well with my company. We're glad to have them as our relocation company. They are great commercial movers. We'll be extending our contract with them for sure.
