This is a Philly (as in Philadelphia, and complete with pictures taken from that city) inspired food place that actually offers Filipino meals, too, including those you typically have for breakfast. It's fast food, and so, we ordered Philippine meals. Not bad. They cook them after you order them. It's not like other Philippine food places where the foods are arrayed in metal containers. In the meantime, I saw others showing and ordering their burger deals. They seemed to be happy about their orders. My friend and I were fine as well with what we got, among which include lumpiang Shanghai, plus watermelon drink (if I recall it right)

Apongs is absolutely amazing... They have a wide variety of food including some traditional filipino fare... The staff is very friendly and treat you like family... Very cool people and very good food... Try the shrimp and you must have have the chicken...

Found this place on Yelp and decided to give the fried chicken a try. Not only was the chicken really, really, really good, but the owners were some of the nicest, happiest people that I have ever met. Can't wait to go back!

The staffing here have been consistent friendly and really nice. The friend chicken is excellent. Don't let the fact that they share a parking lot and building with a gentlemen's club turn you off entirely, it's really good food (though may want to do take out).
