Living up to all the great things that have been said about it. Fast, efficient , and friendly service; insanely fresh and delicious food; and they take cards which is always sought after with these food trucks. Meals are extremely well priced for the portion and quality. Only "downside" (If you could call it that) is the slim time-frame that they are open. If you can happen to catch this food truck the few hours a week its there, it is absolutely worth it.

Very tasty! Most of the ingredients are local. They love to make some common dishes but give them a new and flavorful twist that you'll probably end up saying "this is the best I've ever had of this dish". You may find a "taco" on the menu, but it'll be more like a culinary masterpiece exploding in your mouth. They come up with new dishes every week so there is always something new to try. The prices are very reasonable too! You are really missing out if you haven't tried eating here yet. I know some people get sketched out by food trucks, but this one doesn't give off any of those sketchy vibes (oh, and they are seasonal, so you won't be seeing the truck in the winter). Very friendly staff too!

I recommend the Apothik food truck to people all the time. The food is fantastic, with unique and flavorful twists thrown in. I almost always get the ramen, which is excellent, and varies every time I get it (whether it come with bacon, shrimp, chicken, etc). My favorite place to eat in La Crosse, hands down. I just wish they were open longer!
