Locally owned and operated gift, antique, and fine jewelry shop conveniently located just outside Washington, DC in Southern Maryland’s Mechanicsville, MD, in historic St. Mary’s County.

Story

The Apple Basket has over 6000 sq feet of space with 13 uniquely themed rooms with giftware and home décor items mixed in with or displayed on the antiques.
We have antique, new, and used jewelry. We carry the largest selection of sterling silver and vintage gold in the area and fine diamond rings.

Great shopping experience.  My nieces came to visit and we took a trip to the Apple Basket.  We had the perfect shopping day!  So much inventory to choose, we spent a few hours there.  Friendly staff, plus the Owner Charlene was on site which is a huge plus!!!!  Will visit more in the future.

Absolutely love the Apple Basket. It's full of wonderful new and vintage items. I can always find gifts there. And the people who work there are very helpful.
