It has taken a week for them to figure out a route for my child. When I call them, they say "the lady that does that is not here yet. She is supposed to be here, but she's not here yet. Call in an hour." Three days later I have communicated with her twice, and apparently you can reach her between noon and 3 pm if you're lucky.I am not sure what the other people's jobs are in there.... After a week of having enrolled my child and sent his information I am still waking up my smaller kids or hurrying my husband to get off work so I can take my son to school.

Bus company absolutely sucks! Why does my school district even trust this company with our children! They are always late, they just fly up and down the roads with our children onboard. The school district doesn't care, mist get a good deal. My guess is nothing will get done until someone gets hurt! Horrible attitudes... I'm surprised a parent has gotten on the bus and just SlAPPED a bus driver by now. BE MORE CAREFUL with OUR CHILDREN!!!!

Bus 🚌 24 neglected to pick up my son twice. Their excuse is "we're doing the best we can." If this is your best, it isn't good enough. Period.

I wish i could give this company no stars. Terrible customer service and always late when and if they actually show up

Buses are always late, drivers are often rude, and frankly, I wish the district would use another company.
