Located on 1.5 acres of Ponderosa pine trees, these dog-friendly cottages set around a central courtyard with a fire-pit, BBQ's, and outdoor seating.

Story

These adorable cottages are an occasion worthy of the moment. A unique collection of spacious studio style, one, or two bedroom cottages. Featuring full kitchens, living rooms some with fireplaces and plenty of natural illumination. Beautifully decorated in rustic tranquility or full country charm. Relax and enjoy the flowers in the courtyard on 1.5 acres nestled along 2 seasonal creeks. The cottages surround our beautiful grassy courtyard, which includes gas grills, small ponds, lawn art, flowers, patio furniture and a fire-pits.

We are located just 1.5 miles from central Prescott, however we are tucked next to the majestic Ponderosa pine forest.

Watching the weddings in the courtyard will add romance to any weekend. We can accommodate the single person in town for business, vacationers, group gatherings, sports teams and relocating clients. Specializing in weddings in the courtyard, family reunions, church outings, and other type of group gatherings.

This is a great place to spend quality time with your family.Its so peaceful day or night. The staff is so helpful and sweet. They offer a full kitchen with dishes and cookware. I have taken my kids here for the past 4 years. This trip has been extra special it was incredibly hot and the staff turned the sprinklers on for my kids to play in ages 15,10&3. Definitely will come back year after year.

Family own business for about 40 years. Nice, clean and relaxing place but not secluded. The apartments have full kitchen including pots and pans, dishes. Do not expect a contemporary look. It's a cute rustic place that gives you a chance to be away from a busy enviroment. The stuff is very friendly and will answer your questions. BBQ areas thru out the property, private patios on some of the apartments. Will definitely come back again.

We stayed here for two nights,   three days,  in Cottage 4.  We loved it.   The cottage was cozy and romantic,  the staff very courteous,  the overall complex very peaceful,  and it is close to historic Prescott and other sites.   Definitely plan to go there again !!

We stayed in cabin 10. Overall it was great. Out only problem was that the ceiling fan didn't work, some of the outlets couldn't be used due to them basically falling out of the socket, and the sofa bed was broken as the bottom springs had been broken
