Not happy with the account security policies. This credit union expects you to check in with them in advance when you plan to go on vacation so that you can use your Visa card when you're there. I don't recall them being part of my immediate family or circle of friends, so this is not only a pain, but it's needlessly intrusive. I have a couple other credit cards, and none of the banks associated with them have such an asinine program. And there's no way to opt out. The rep I spoke to at the Falls Church branch was less than sympathetic and was dismissive and unwilling to listen to my complaint. Will no longer have a CC with this financial institution.

Find somebody beter if you are a new in geting a loan they just not gona give you a loan! Friend of mine got loan for a car and they gave him 6 000 I aplied for a personal loan same credit score even with a co signer and they didn't. Personal loans APR starts from 13,4% even with the best score. Bad expirience for me they told me you can apply but we are preaty sure they not going to aprove you because this is a lot of mone 6000 which is ridiculous but that how the system works. Hope helped somebody

Today I was told by the young man behind the counter that this branch only makes change for members. I have gone to this location for 6 months and was always given change. He also told me he had no quarters to give me. What credit union/bank doesn't have quarters? I had the feeling this person just didn't want to help me and is very lazy.

I love Apple. It is far superior to any bank I've ever done business with. Excellent customer service. The staff at this branch is always extremely helpful.

The Spanish lady who is the manager is the definition of rude. She lacks customer service and should not be working there. I've had better service at McDonald's than with her. She has an attitude and talks down on ppl rather than as a equal assisting with a problem. I've had an account with the branch for 8 years and I want to end it just to avoid her face. She's a C U Next Tuesday. Don't bother.
