Phoned looking for a keyboard replacement. I asked if they had the part but the sales person who answered the phone refused to transfer me to their parts "genius" in the store. Then offered to transfer me to Apple care so I could discuss it with them. Very poor customer service.

I'm so sorry for this branch because some staffs are polite but mostly the manager in technical part is really rude. Today I was talking to him about my problem and he even did not listen to me and he stopped me, started to talking to somebody else. I wish we had an other branch in Halifax but unfortunately it's the only branch and for future I'm going to buy from apple online.

After my iPhone 6SE went for a swim in the toilet I took it to the Genius Bar for help, and they said nothing could be done, that there was no way to open up the phone and repair it, and that all of my photos that hadn't made it to my (full) cloud were lost forever. I then took it to 4mart (Spring Garden) and they had the phone fixed within a day, with just the battery and glass replaced. Even if Apple didn't want to try to fix it, it would have been nice if they were honest about possible repair options I could look into ... instead of just telling me about how I could buy a new phone and purchase more iCloud storage.

Usually a small wait. But so worth it these folks do what they can to make the experience amazing.
