I bought my IPad mini here, had excellent service when I bought it.  Back with my Mac Air with a problem (my error) and again, awesome service.  Gal who handled my sale suggested I come to some free workshops, every one I have attended has been very well done. Friendly, well educated staff, that can speak non techie as needed.

This is my favourite Apple Store in all of Vancouver area. The service is the best.

There is a wait but that is expected. They notify you by txt when it's your turn. You can also sign up alone to avoid wait times. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

had a great experience today with david (the asian one, i was told there was multiple davids at your location) but he was great start to finish helping myself, my sister (to get apple care) and my grandmother to get a new ipad. david was informative and enthusiastic and we appreciated his help graciously!

Don't buy Apple device at the beginning of new releases. My new iPhone 8Plus stopped working in 3 days. And they cannot offer a replacement because it bought from overseas. And let me call Apple care myself. This is terrible global service means.
