After the May, 2016 storms we had a time finding a roofing contractor.  Calls were ignored and we would go weeks without hearing from the people we contracted with.  

Not so with Apple Roofing.  From the day we contacted them (after business hours, via phone mind you) we were treated like valued customers.   First question:  I would imagine I can't get my roof done before winter, right?   Answer:  Let's take a look at your insurance company's estimate and your roof and make that decision.  

Once they had a chance to review the estimate and look at my roof, the Apple representative took about 45 minutes explaining what they'd do and what they recommended. They also cover the materials they'll be using-which are all of high quality.   There's no big pitch to upsell you.  They spell out EXACTLY what the costs are.   I chose a couple of upgrades.  

The estimate turned out to be more than the insurance company's.  Apple worked directly with my insurance company to get the differences discussed and covered.   All through this process, we were able to get hold Apple roofing any time we had questions or concerns.    Literally any time.  Communication and customer service are exemplary.  

I now have a new roof.  My house looks great and I have confidence that if anything should fail in the next 10 years, I can rely on Apple to get it fixed.
