We recently needed short term storage and found Apple to be most accommodating. The grounds, unit and storefront were all very clean and well maintained, but what sold us was the staff.
Sherri and Scott went over and above to help us - and even made some great suggestions for our upcoming anniversary celebration. We honestly couldn't be more pleased with our entire experience with this company.
I wholeheartedly recommend Apple Self Storage to any and all looking for a storage facility.
Kudos to you Apple! Keep up the great work!

Moving is never fun and always stressful. The customer service at this location gave me a sense of relief. One item to check off my list. The staff was very informative and helpful. Scott showed me the available units that suited my needs. I found what I needed!! He was great! Thank you for making a part of this move easy!

I'm thoroughly impressed by this company . Convenience of the combination of storage and penske trucks allows customer to complete any move with one transaction . Sherri and Scott go above and beyond to make their customers feel taken care of and ensure security with their units . Prices are fair and I would highly recommend this storage facility to friends and family.

We have been dealing with the storage facility at 4655 Kent Avenue in Niagara Falls for over twenty years which is now known as APPLE SELF STORAGE.

The management team including the site manager Sherri have always been very helpful.

We have been in a difficult spot a number of times and needed a place to store belongs of various family members for an assorted period of time. Everything from a place to hold things between moves to storing treasures while an estate was resolved has found us at the doors of Apple Self Storage Niagara.

When a short term rental of a few months, or,  a long standing rental of years was required, they have always dealt with us in a customer focused cordial manner. 

They maintain the property and address any issues in a timely manner. 

We appreciate their guidance when selecting the appropriate size of storage space for our things.. their suggestions have not been wrong.

We would recommend you seriously consider and select Apple Self Storage as the best place to keep your things safe and sound.

Friendly, fast and efficient! The staff at Apple Self Storage are without a doubt the best. Always a great experience and no hassle! Amazing customer service and would 10/10 recommend to anyone.
