Those of you looking to get iPhone batteries replaced, take note. They do not have any in stock, so even if you make an appointment for battery replacement all they'll do on that day is check your phone & issue a work order. THEN you'll need to wait 4-5 weeks to get your new battery. THEN you'll need to wait several hours for repair too. After waiting over a month for the battery to come in stock, I phoned ahead to ask if I needed an appointment for my repair and was told "no, just come in and we'll take care of it right away". I live an hour away from the store, so getting this done quickly was important to me. But, alas that was not to be. What they don't tell you on the phone is that you'll be put in a queue for repair, and how long you'll have to wait depends on how big that queue is. Had I known this I would have arrived in first thing in the morning. As it was, I came at ~1PM I had to wait 3 HOURS for my battery to be replaced.

This is a very good store. Most of the time have all the products in stock. Only issue is the lines are very long. But never had bad customer service.

Worst service ever of any Apple store I’ve visited in the last 15 years in 4 different states. This would be half a star if I could since they finally got to us. After waiting 3 hours 17 minutes we were told what the person checking us in should have told us. The techs do a lot of socializing with each other while customers wait for service, Skip this store! There are many other good apple techs elsewhere.

I visited this place in past. It was not so bad. This time long long wait even after taking appointment. Took 3-4 visits to get something fixed which should have been diagnosed and fixed in first visit. Most common answers, we do not have part we will order. Considering switching to windows. Mac is loosing its edge :(

Worst  attention ever. I spent more than 3 hours to buy an iPhone. The person who was explaining me was with a really bad attitude. And also I lost my old iPhone case and nobody took responsibility of that! 
I won’t go there ever.
