Bad management, bad service, if the food order is correct it's cold. I gave them three chances and forced to go a fourth occasion...never ever again.

The best part of visiting this Applebees is the waitress I routinely ask for.  Lauren is always friendly, bubbly, quick, all around amazing and knowledgeable about the drinks.  If I dine with any other wait staff multiple factors contribute to an unpleasant visit: missing/incorrect food, really long weight times, or never receiving refills.

Understaffed, wait time 45 minutes for a table with many available tables. Overcooked food for which we waiting an additional hr to eat. Three stars are for our server which made it bearable.

I don't think I have encountered a worse dining experience in my life. After 20 minutes before getting greeted, our waiter never showed back up and left 4 other tables hanging. We finally got our appetizer and waited another 40 minutes and food never showed. We got up and walked out as well as other people

If there were ways to place negative or complete opposition to everything good reviews...  Let's see... Waited and gave a second Chance out of respect to a few (very few good employees).  Had terrible experience with worst server in my personal 36 years on EarthJust days ago. Then today as a second chance attempt, received cold appetizer that had to be sent back for fear of foodborne illness.  On that note I ordered a WELL DONE steak emphasis on no pink in the middle due to personal health.  Received meat charred on the exterior that was bloody and red inside.  Steak was then taken back into kitchen... Plate and all and further cooked.... Then per server's own comment... Re-plated.    Don't even get me started on the health department implications of a player where i had already tasted the other 2 sides and that food was being sent into the kitchen and handled by those preparing raw food and plating the like.
