Don’t bother. We went tonight and waited for over ten minutes for someone to acknowledge we were at a table. The service staff walked past us numerous times during this span of time and no one decided to wait on our table. No drinks or hello or even a look.  We got up and left. My husband says that the same waiter who walked by many times and took the order for a table seated after us finally noticed us as we left. The place was not busy.

In response to the owners generic post about their guest relations team making it right. No thanks. We’ll return once your reviews (drastically) improve.

The past 6 months this place has gone to hell quick.
The service & food is lousy especially when you can drive to Lexington and go to a non-chair. That has fresh food & better service for the same price. Employee attitudes👎. Mixed drinks for the bar👎
Drinks are outrageous & never get the proper pour.
Something needs to change

Food was okay but I've been nauseous ever since I got home last night. Even the scent or sight of food makes me feel disgusted.

I used to love Applebee’s, until tonight. When I say the service was bad, that’s an understatement. When we walked in it took 5 minutes for someone to finally acknowledge us, we were finally seated and of course next to the loudest group of drunk people I’ve ever heard. I wouldn’t even say the food was decent, atrocious is more like it. My burger was dry, and burnt along with the bun, came with absolutely nothing on it, although it came with 2 pieces of cheese, assuming they only did that because they left off everything else. Fries were heavily over seasoned, and a refill for my drink took 10 minutes, finally my waiter returned to inform their Pepsi was “messing up” and offered me something else, which also took 5 more minutes to receive. I was never given my ticket but managed to find it on the tablet at my table, almost left without paying for meal, but honestly, I could’ve gotten away with it due to my waiter not even thanking me for my visit as I walked passed him, although I don’t even think he noticed me. Will never return and I suggest to anyone reading this to not eat there as well.
