Always great food and value for the money. Food always hot and satisfying. Never had a bad experience here. Would recommend to friends and family.

Got assisted right away and met our server within a few minutes and she was very friendly. Checked on us periodically and made sure our drinks were full and that we were happy. Very pleased with our nice family night out and can't wait to go again!

The waitress we get almost every single time we go there it's always crabby never passes for refills and two of the times we're done there recently was for my brother's birthday in February and my mother's birthday in March we told them that it was their birthdays and try to show her their ideas to prove that it was there real birthday to get them to sing they're happy happy birthday song and the free desserts she never made that happen. And keep reminding her I finally asked a different waitress and she made it happen at one of the birthdays. Sadly to say I am willing to drive farther to the elkriver or Rogers one where there is better service and better waitresses monticello one sucks

horrible... ordered spinach artichoke dip and boneless wings. When they came with our food, the spinach artichoke dip had half of the amount it usually comes with, my wings didn’t come with celery, and they were just cold. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Also, our server didn’t check on us at all, the other server was more helpful. Waters were empty about the whole time. Keep in mind it wasn’t that busy.
