We came here because where we wanted to go was closed for renovations. We got there and were pleased that they were not very busy. It was a Sunday night. We got our order taken and drinks provided pretty quickly. I had ordered a salad and wanted to add a soup. I had my whole salad gone and both my husband and myself were out of our drinks before someone stopped by. No dirty dishes were taken from the table until we asked them to be. Our waitress Victoria was impossible to track down and I saw her sitting at another table on the other side of the restaurant many times! The manager was in the back and when he did walk around he didn't ask one table how things were going. The food was good but I don't know if I will ever go back again.

Food is great. Garlic mashed potatoes are my favorite side to go with their 8oz signature steak. Normally sit at a booth for more privacy, but tried the bench and table near the bar and was quite comfortable and still had that "private" setting. They have a mini touch panel at the table to doodle with while waiting, some kids games, a command to summon your server, and an option to pay your bill!

Service was slow, and it took 50 minutes to get our food. No excuses from them . Ended up taking food to go. Ice tea had no flavor. Not happy!

We were seated promptly. We requested to be able to watch the NFL and we were accommodated, no problem. Our server, Brando, was fantastic and patient. We were waiting for someone to join us and he made sure we understood that there was no rush and it wasn't a problem. The food was good. The cocktails were good. My only "complaint" is that I wasn't very hungry but the appetizers are almost as expensive as the entrees so I ended spending more than I would have preferred. I am sure I will be back.

Had the best experience I ever had with a server here. The young man was friendly, courteous, jovial, personable, and very good at his job. Left him a large tip and told him I appreciated him, because he made our dining experience quite enjoyable.
